All custom rhinestone pieces are made to order and crafted by hand.

 Production Time

• Custom orders require 3–4 weeks to complete depending on size, materials, and design complexity.

 Pricing

• Custom pricing varies based on:
  
• Item size
• Rhinestone type (glass vs resin)
• Design detail and coverage

Payment Structure 

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping.
• We will agree upon quote prior to any deposit being invoiced to customer 

 Refunds & Cancellations

 Due to the custom nature of these items:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged
