📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Custom orders are excluded from standard processing times and are subject to a 3–4 week production period, as outlined in our Custom Order Policy.

Processing time begins once full payment or deposit has been received and order details are confirmed.


🇳🇿 Shipping (New Zealand)

We offer a flat-rate shipping option within New Zealand:

  • 1–5 business days (NZ Post or courier dependent)

⚡ Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address entry.


📦 Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier:

  • JCali Bling is no longer responsible for delivery delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping provider
  • Any shipping issues must be directed to the courier service handling the delivery

We will always assist where possible, but responsibility lies with the carrier once dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

JCali Bling is not liable for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages returned due to delivery failure
  • Additional shipping fees required for re-delivery
