🔥 CUSTOM ORDER / REFUND POLICY (JCALI BLING)

💎 Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom, made-to-order, or personalised items are final sale only.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Custom rhinestone designs
• Custom canvases or artwork
• Colour-specified or client-requested designs
• Any item altered from listed designs

Each piece is made to order with care, intention, and Hyphy Cali energy — just for you. Because of this, once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

💰 Deposits (Non-Refundable)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in all custom orders.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• The deposit secures your spot, materials, and production time
• No work begins until the deposit is received
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable (no exceptions for change of mind, cancellation, or delay in payment)

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before dispatch or collection.

⏳ Production Time

Custom orders take 3–4 weeks production time, unless otherwise agreed.

• Time begins once deposit is received and order details are confirmed
• Timeframes may vary depending on complexity and workload
• Rush orders may be accepted at our discretion and may include additional fees

We always aim to deliver quality over shortcuts — every piece is built with detail and intention.

🎨 Creative Control & Design Rights

To protect quality and brand standards, JCali Bling reserves the right to:

• Decline any custom order outside of our creative scope
• Adjust designs slightly to ensure durability and finish quality
• Refuse designs that violate copyright, trademarks, or are not feasible for production

Final creative execution remains with JCali Bling to ensure your piece meets our standard.
