3. PRODUCTS & CUSTOM WORK
All custom or made-to-order items are subject to our Custom Order Policy.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Modify designs slightly to ensure quality and durability
- Decline any order outside of our creative scope
4. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
We accept payments via supported checkout providers in Shopify, including third-party payment methods such as buy-now-pay-later services where applicable.
5. DEPOSITS & CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree:
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
- Production begins only after deposit is received
- Remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or collection
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or withholding of the order.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy.
Once orders are dispatched, JCali Bling is not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage.
7. LIABILITY
JCali Bling is not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier services
- Incorrect shipping details provided by customers
- Misuse or improper handling of products after delivery
All products are used at the customer’s own discretion once received.
8. REFUNDS & RETURNS
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned once production has begun.
Non-custom items may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or system issues of third-party services including payment providers or courier companies.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
